Re: share some good photos

Bears, not boars, hahaha.... you're funny, Zero! ...I think, I wouldn't want to eat bear let alone trying to hurt those gorgeous creatures. Taming would be interesting, haha!
Wowsa, Tartan, honestly, that's truly amazing! Do you have a surveillance camera there? Now I'm really interested about your home! :o

Anyway, thanks for sharing! :ob

Re: share some good photos

Ok, I didn' see that - so where did you living? Dear Tartan? I did have look in google, people in Russia and in Sweden, they did also eat bears :) maybe you can ask DR. PETTER :D ... but I think, these animals are too sweet (they are dangerous, but sweet) - I did have als see a very nice french movie from 1988 - "L'Ours" some months ago - and some years ago also (about 3-4 times in my life) in Germany it did run under "DER BÄR" .. "THE BEAR" (?) ...

Re: share some good photos

I wouldn't recommend bear meat. I tried some back in the 90's at a party in a mid sized rustic bar called the Heart of Wetumpka lol. It's some the nastiest, stringiest, meat I have ever sampled and 1 fork full was quite enough. Now the rattlesnake and gator tail. That's an entirely different matter :D The person who cooked those up truly knew what they were doing.

I am in the woods of N Florida on about 10 acres of land, a lot of which is a swamp area. The north side of the property is defined by a deep creek. The house I am in is a rustic 2 story cedar house. The inside is reminiscent of a mountain house with a 20 foot tall ceiling in the great room and stone chimney. There are a lot of projects to finish on it but I recently added a screened in back porch. Something to sit on and watch the dawn without getting carried away by mosquitoes lol. I will need to paint it.

I used to hunt a lot when I was young. These days I am more than content to get an occasional camera shot. :ob

Re: share some good photos

Yah, no, you don't want to put this guy in the inspiration thread! :? Nope!
It's interesting stuff here and there and some excellent looking pictures, but that's not something Verve inspiring and too "naughty" to go into anything but mature content. There are plenty of other inspirations out there. ;)
