Other than that... c'mon, really.
Besides that the result was fascinating, it's like they had no artist look at it to help out. There are key portions missing contrast, particularly around the eyes, which they were focused on earlier. Strange.
Anyway, yet another corporate advertising on the back of defenseless art, haha.

And I agree with Taron on all points.
Listening to the (scarce) explanations, it seems that they've used a kind of (sophisticated) averaging of the most represented features, and not at all a prospective "next" work as the title suggests (i.e. trying to figure out a follow-up of an artist's trend after his/her death). So the result is ... a dull average. Moreover, with some unnatural dysmorphism.
Creating algorithms can give really creative results (at least I tend to believe so), but this is not the way to go

I was looking for that kind of canvas printer that could show the canvas texture where the painting file paint is thin, and completely cover the canvas texture with strokes' material where the painting file paint is thick, we should search about this cuz there are lots of printing websites out there but they only produce flat glossy images.

but about the painting itself, man, painting is a language, the most sophisticated one, bots that could paint are fake like chatbots that could talk, I mean really talk, understand the meaning behind the meaning, be selfaware, etc. I and say this humbly as a chatbot scripter who spent the last year writing a chatbot using Chatscript. You can notice you are not chating with a human in the first minute of conversation.

AI is coming definitely, and we've seen how automatization technologies has replaced human labor in mostly repetitive tasks, but painting or language? are soul, and AI will have to reach that level first if it wants to do it.
