What about some inspiration from computed generated patterns mimicking nature ?
This site is quite unique for that, and worth the visit even if you are not interested in buying something :ugeek: :

Now let me propose something different for source of inspiration : i'm fond of Google news to see every morning what's going on in the world, and i'm often surprised to see how the small pictures adjacent to the news are sometimes full of potential for painters ! Here's my selection of the day only, imagine over one year :

The trick is NOT to try to magnify the thumbnails or reading the story, the imagination could be burnt by too much details and/or prosaicity of reality.

Well, what do you think ?
