PNG export randomness?

Hey everyone, maybe this is a setting I missed, but whenever I export a 16bit PNG, sometimes it exports as a transparent PNG, and sometimes it exports with the fullbackground, as a flattened image. Is there a way to toggle the transparency when exporting? Or is it just random...

Thanks in advance!

Re: PNG export randomness?

It will only have a background, if you had given it a background. Certainly isn't random. But all this will change later and becomes a lot clearer, I promise!

Re: PNG export randomness?

[CTRL]+[S] will save png as layer without background!
[s] saves the image as you see it together with the background
[ctrl]+[shift]+[s] will save components (color png, material height map (bump map) png)

Memory is coming back to me now. :hihi:
