Re: Zeropainter - GFX

Yes, I mean that picture. But I think you did also know THE SHINING - the movie-version about the STEPHEN KING Book. There is a scene with two little girls - in a nightmare-dream from the little boy Danny - and in this scene there is a real surreal flood of blood through in the corridor space c:! - but most people are like that movie - only Stephen King maybe not really, because its not 1:1 interpretation of his book. ;)

btw. I love also verve for painting fluids, and blood is fluid :P

Re: Zeropainter - GFX

It's all a matter of context. Besides that the Shining is a highly occult movie in many respects. Not to mention that Kubrick took the opportunity to put in some other clues to reveal more bizarre secrets. ;) :ugeek:

KALIS KINGDOM

Most parts & time I used VERVE (more than 90/95%) - only for stamping I used Artrage, because of artefacts *sorry* - and some colorcorrection/Edgeselection in PS. c:!

Re: Zeropainter - GFX

Mountains, perspective, air perspective and clouds/sky are completely brilliant! Love those! c:!
The trees are a little goofy, but cute. The river fights the perspective in many respects and somehow detaches quite a bit, though, because of it. The road on the ground is perfect!
I do love the thunderstorm, too! Great job altogether! Looking at the mountains and clouds and your wonderful color choices, it reminds me to the Hudson River school of American paintings. I always admired and enjoyed that style!

I'm still puzzled why you're so sinister and gloomy, but this is hilarious! :ob

Re: Zeropainter - GFX

Hey, thanks that you did like that - yes the trees are goofy .. because in a semi-desert like in my image they are looking missplaced  - and in an other forum someone wrote also, that the lightsetting between the left sky and right sky ist bit to different too. But I think I will be better next time

Yes Knacki, you are right, but in the next weeks I will spend time to be better with characters. There are maybe a nice character contest there https://www.psd-tutorials.de/forum/threads/themenwahl-painter-contest-3-2017.176057/
