thanks ... brush 6 is ok ... in past and now ... for fluids and paint ... but my calligraphy need flat brush ... i often write somethings similar ...
please visit my samples ... (handwritten, inkscape, ...and of course verve*) thay are usual without round brush.

... but this effect is old ... i use it in old verve (2014_u) but dont works with new version in same state. but its nice and have too power and chance.
please look at 76th and 77th pages of my gallery.
feather effect ... more samples ane a rar attachment ... with configure you can make various effects...
