Re: Taron's little gallery

Just felt like playing around with some more abstract patterns and gentle colors...

Hi Taron! I love your soft pink angel piece! It gives a calm feeling and the shape is all beautifully wisp-like. <3 I hope to see more of that from you! :ugeek:

Re: Taron's little gallery

Thanks, Dm7, I'm feeling very at home in this lightness, given substance by subtle swirling patterns and wispy details. I still have to gain back my confidence, though, still feeling a little shaky with my forms for some reason. But it'll come back to me... 8-) :?

Re: Taron's little gallery

I almost don't want to hear what borhani would say to that, but I thought it was interesting. Jejeje, it looks like cheesy computer stuff, but it entertains me, what shall I say.
Too bad with all the details the jpegs need to be compressed a lot, but still... it's just an idea anyway.

I like them both :) The first one a nice subtle effect and the second one bold and splashy !

Re: Taron's little gallery

Thanks, Tartan. I've just changed the 2nd one again to what it was before I posted it. It's sometimes really tough to decide for material looks. Often they look really cool in motion, but as a still picture not so much... ah well... the idea is still in there, though.

Re: Taron's little gallery

Google Translation:
What we have is enough for me. We strive to be creative and are poor.
I will follow your interesting experiences.

A wisdom out of the Bhagavad Gita goes: It's better to fail at completing your "duties" then complete those of others.
I like that one! :)

In my heart I've noticed that the creative strive brings richness into my life, haha, but I think I understand what you mean. The true artists is well aware of all that to him still is in need of attainment. To be satisfied was equal to being stuck. As long as love is the source of the hunger, all is well! :D

Thanks, borhani and thanks Pilou! :)

Re: Taron's little gallery

there are many proverbs & translate of them is harder.
but trust is a simple way to something that is true ... although not translate correctly.
i trust you & i don't say a new proverb : ) Silence is usually better translated 8-) T*
