Gruesome topic, but brilliant paintings!
I'm sorry about the tough times you're experiencing. It's rough for almost all of us in various ways, but it never makes it less challenging to deal with one's own mess. I know, because my wife and I are hanging on by a thread to still be in our apartment for over a year now, merely by the graces of our landlord.
We're putting in the work, not letting go of what we know to be our ideals for more than ourselves and we keep the faith that it will reveal itself to all make sense. Life on Earth is a complicated weave we thread by our actions, led by our will. But it's a pattern woven by the will of all and occasionally things turn into a knot or drift apart. Just because we can't quite see the pattern as a whole, we sometimes feel like things went wrong. They only go wrong, when we do not pick the direction that our true self points to. Even our true self may not see the pattern, but is closer to those, who can and help will come for us as long as we keep moving forward here.
Everything wishes to move towards harmony, regardless how far it may still be away from us. We do have to learn to trust our heart for it is our connection to a much greater picture and it is not as confused by the racing threads around us on Earth.
It's not always easy to read what the heart says, while other body parts (haha) may scream other things or even other people. Yes, you should hear them, too, but always make sure your heart continues to lead the way!

Thanks Pilou and Taron. Yeah, the tough times were mostly at the end of latter half of last year, with the relationship practically falling to pieces. But that's life. Still I have managed to restart pretty decently. Moved close to my oil painting studio, and I've been practically focused on painting, learning art history, practicing painting while observing from light, etc, during these months of quarantine. Haven't been able to see my daughter sucks though, since she lives with her mother, and things haven't really improved with her at all. But yes, my heart leads the way now.

I agree with Borjonx about that little girl portrait, on how the sunlight touches her hair, in your instagram there is another similar to that one too.
I agree with Taron about the way you place the colors in your backgrounds and foregrounds.

I noticed that in your IG some artworks has more texture than others, was it done intentionally?
congrats man.

That is a pretty amazing study of contrast, too.
There's plenty of life and character in his face, even while he gets punched hard by the light around him, ducking into the shadow not to burst into flames, haha. Absolutely amazing, Francisco, amazing, amazing! :ob c:!
