Better we do a privat here, as the idea is pretty cool.
500 bucks sounds a bit ...... well .... depends......guess less than hiring a professional character designer for only one day.

AWww, man, that's horrible and wonderful. It's amazing how absurd the $500 are, of course, that's kind of...yeah, I can't help but "dot, dot, dot" the heck out of that one!
But, man...The Dark Crystal had such a massive influence on me. I could never shake it, really. Once upon a time I did a little tribute to it with Sculptris, hehehe... so, yeah. I love it!
As much as I really, really would love to design one, too, I feel so terrible about the very idea of it. Not to mention the curiously bizarre idea of doing it again with puppets. How could they raise that kind of passion again in this day and age. Well...

Budget per second is not same for sure, anyway....haha, I am uncertain as well if they could reanimate the old magic of those days.
Maybe not for us, taron, but maybe for the young people of today, like we have been when The dark crystal was released?
