Undo or Fix Unwanted Results

Hi,
I know we can only do 1 undo per layer right now. The sound of "right now" leads me to assume more levels will be supported in the future. But I have another idea if it's possible. I was thinking that when I want to correct or make a change on my actual canvas, I cannot just perform an undo. I would either have to wait until the canvas dries and paint over it, or wipe the area while it's still wet. Sometimes I wipe the area with a wet cloth. Depending on how much erasing I want to do would determine how much water I put into the cloth (with oils, it's much easier to erase stuff while wet). Perhaps there can be a tool with clear fluid that acts like the wet cloth scenario I just described. Is this possible? Or did I miss something already there?

Re: Undo or Fix Unwanted Results

Hmmm...don't remember, if I fixed the undo in the last release already to stop all fluids?! However, that's what's happening in the coming release and makes it much more powerful and reliable!
I caught a heck of a lot of nonsense, too, which should make mistakes less likely to happen.
There are, however, a number of ways to "erase" areas carefully. Not the least of which is "smudging" [shift], but you must figure out which "fluid: smudge" amount is most appropriate for what you want to achieve.
I do like your idea with the wet cloth, though, if it doesn't already give you that, actually?!
Multiple undos will come eventually, though, that's a promise! :geek: ...the next version will have a bunch of differences, though. So that'll be interesting already. :?

Great, I'm anxious to see your gallery thread for sure! c:!
Here to help! :D
