Re: FeedBack Verve v0.99v.16

AH, senjeng, THANKS! :D
And, yes, I will make videos just as soon as I'll have cleaned up the GUI a little! :)
Here to help! :D

Re: FeedBack Verve v0.99v.16

I really get a lot out of your instructional and demo videos, especially the ones you narrate. Sometimes just seeing how something is supposed to work can clear up hours of confusion in a few seconds of video, especially with something as powerful and complex as Verve. Even with your explanation, it took me an embarrassingly long time of trial and error to find the mini swatches. It's blindingly obvious once you've seen it!

I just want to say, your attention to detail in the UI just blows me away. I get a kick out of the little things you put in, like being able to bump the color wheel all over the place, and the stretch on the brush outline.

Re: FeedBack Verve v0.99v.16

Ehehehe, thank you, P! I'm a playful guy, just having fun doing these things. :D
I wished I had the nerve to put in the easter egg I had planned after making the swatches, hehehehe... instead I made a little minigame by itsefl. :(

Yep, videos will be fun and hopefully properly educational. I'll just ignore that I will change Verve dramatically in the future and see that we're all having a great time with this version already. :)

Re: FeedBack Verve v0.99v.16

"Image brush masking" ?
I have that from the very beginning with image brush. May it's just me missing knowledge?

When I use the image brush it often feels like previous strokes are generating a kind of mask.
In my example I first did the blue ones, after the red stroke. But part of the red stroke seems to disappear behind blue one.

Re: FeedBack Verve v0.99v.16

here, brush #6 and size was perfect already ;)
I'll download now and compare.

EDIT:

Ok - I compared it and it seems to be easier to control fine strokes.
However I realized how cool brush #6 is.
No spotting? -dots on fast strokes. So much better than #1!
Same with #5 compared to #2-4.
Test was very cool for me though. :D

Just for info - I rolled back to Wacom driver 6.17 (dinosaur driver) after full clean de installation of actual driver.
This improved a lot and stroking in photoshop is smooth again.

Re: FeedBack Verve v0.99v.16

AH...nah, it wasn't! :ugeek:
...I've just uploaded another version with a first approach of curving it up. It's starting to look nice, but I still have to investigate the little links some more. I know what it is, but have to deal with it properly... ... :PP

EDIT: AHA! See!? :D

Re: FeedBack Verve v0.99v.16

That is amazing as the program is sensitive to arm staccato of keys touching! (minute 1.50)
So you can input colorized meteors shower (N) in the flow! c:!
