So where is the source code?
If you're not going to release the source code, then you probably want to start selling it. If not, then what are your intentions?
Just be a little bit clearer, please

Here we mingle, introduce ourselves, our thoughts and ideas and have caring discussions.

The rights to study and modify free software imply unfettered access to its source code.
Thus, “free software” is a matter of liberty, not price. To understand the concept, you should think of “free” as in “free speech,” not as in “free beer”.
* The freedom to study how the program works, and change it so it does your computing as you wish (freedom 1). Access to the source code is a precondition for this.

Ok, freeware should be mentioned in place of the free software. You were right in this terminology.
But it is fully up to its creator how he/she provides the software and it is up to us to like it or not.. And I like Verve so much and I am a grateful user of it!
