Re: Vervette Fluid Sandbox...

Ehehe, thanks, Lemi! I'm sure that's not what Heri meant, hehe! ;)

Brush position is where the brush is on the canvas (x,y).
Now, you won't quite have to worry about the resolution in this example, but that's another thing I always have to have in mind, transforming pixel space to uv space (x/resolution.x, y/resolution.y).

I've just now also cleaned up stipple gaps, allowing for consistent (enough) stippling gaps, if one wants that. Can be invaluable!

@lemi thats not what i meant. its a funnybscene from futurama.
meaning, it a compliment, the already shown features is so cool, its convinced me enough to spend money on it. it does not mean, we do not wanna see more.

I disagree
Imho fluids are Verve's core, most of us are here trying to paint digitally in a way it can feel more traditional, not just make the artwork looks traditional, but make the painting process feels traditional, which may lead to the development of new ways of painting digitally that are apart of the classic stamp paradigm, at least a little step forward. You can see hints of that in the Verve gems that are posted in this forum.

It looks great the new app preview that you posted Taron, though I'm a little worried about Vervette running on a browser. will it do so?

Something looks weird at the first glance..

No problem guys, I am pretty sure we understand and support each other!

Regarding browser, I was thinking in the same way as you. Web canvas is another piece that slow the process little bit but I think not so much because there is a direct output from shaders. It should work seamlessly.
