Re: Rorklehibou's studies

Yo taron!

haha i admit that he 's kind of harry potter character, crossed with tim burton's stylized guy but twillight? Man, that's rude^^ I m currently doing a one week game for halloween with a friend of mine. I only use blender for 3d modeling and ... verve painter for concept art and some textures ^^ This is the main character. he will be shooting at pumpkins in a graveyard at night. Not super original but still a good exercice

PS: If you're thinking about making a palette feature in verve, like a real palette that could be awesome! c:!

Re: Rorklehibou's studies

Yep, that is the idea: a real pallet! :D
Twilight just because it's a vampire and he looks a bit moody. ;)
Besides, even while it had turned into an insult to some, plenty of girls seem to like it! :? ...sooooo

Are you planning to paint the textures with Verve, too? :) ...anyway: Great Character! :ob Can't wait to see the game! :D

Oh, just for "shits'n'giggles", try to make the hands and feet twice their size and see how you like it! :geek:

wtf painting

100% no brain painting. It's surprisely relaxing to do it^^ I have a little bit of a 3d overdose, so doing stuff in 2d with Verve, even it is weird stuff, make me happy.

ps for Taron: Thanks for your advices about the hand's size of my character. he seems more cartoon now. if you want, you can see it here in 3d: https://sketchfab.com/models/9842403b38 ... 37d20bd461.

Ah, that's sooo cool, hehe... totally psychedelic in trippin' colors, really! Love it! It's big fun to explore, too! :ob c:!

YEAH, man, I'm glad I said something, because your character really works well with this kind of power! Great job there, too! :ob

Re: Rorklehibou's studies

Little bit mad but very interesting! :) So many ideas inside one picture with lots of the details! My favorite scenes are the stream in the left bottom corner and the fist in the center.
Good work R. :ob
