How do you obtain the "Tip key" up left corner ?

The "tip key" is from using a wacom 13HD cintiq. I have some of the basic short cuts mapped to the side to make it easier.

The landscapes - those were great; truly great. Still impresses me that we can create stuff like this in our computers with verve painter
