Re: With verve into the light

If only I would remember the name of that console game... eh... japanese thing... when you're rolling through landscapes and things just stick to you so you're growing like a snowball, rolling down a slope. It was totally wacky but great fun and it had a very unique style. Somehow the design reminds me of it just by the feeling of it alone.

Re: With verve into the light

Wow, Knacki, what on earth?! ...thanks for giving us a ride there! :ob (never looked at this one as a hitchhiker  )
I dig'em all, but the second landscape really makes me linger. It feels so familiar again, as if I had driven by it, too. And I had to laugh, when we arrived at the "end of the world", haha! :D

That portrait, by the way, shows the gain of good strength there, man. I'm impressed how you've used the fluids for the hat, that's for sure! Very cool!

Great work, the atmosphere is very good. I like the fluid effects of the second, very refined. My favorite is Vulkan, i like the idea, kind of art concept of videogame. c:!

Re: With verve into the light

Thanks a lot!
What great feedback.

Oz - that's my favorite too. Makes more or less same sense than flying forests but would give a hell of possibilities for special effects ;)
But hey, I am just inspired by your way of working with verve. Like the new pic coming. But I am a beginner in this technique.
taron, the portrait was the second portrait try with fluids and well....the hat turned out best :D
Was not in the best mood this evening, because the real pendants to the portrait are not as friendly as I hoped.
Second landscape was painted in 10.000 meters hight, so ........ I am really traveling.
Hahaha - volcano scene wasn't meant to be a joke. But as you mentioned the connection, I realized what i did  )
I am sitting now in a hotel, in the wild west of the dragon throne:
