Then hold down [Shift] and hover over the "add above" or "add below" buttons on the layer slides!
See how the arrow turns yellow?
And up there on the description it changes from "add above/below" to "copy above/below". That is duplicate layer!
And I shoud add: THANK YOU, THAT PORTRAIT looks awesome, man! Great job! I'm looking very much forward to more from you! And join the daily Sketches, too! It's loads of fun!

The layer panel itself may come across a bit funny, because the dials you find at the top of the layer panel are always only for the currently selected layer!
Ok, there are two less obvious features now since v0.98:
- merge layers Hold down [Ctrl] to change the "add above/below" button on the layerslide to "merge above/below".
- copy layers Hold down [Shift] to change the "add above/below" button on the layerslide to "copy above/below".
Hmmm...that's because the info comes before the hotkey list.

I finally got around to making a Vervatar. This time without bugging Taron, too. I love the new canvas function, it is bad-ass, and I can't wait to get into that at a later time. Based on the Golden Rectangle, my favorite beginning in sacred geometry. I love to use Verve, Viva Verve! Good Times to all.......
