Thank you, B! And you are most welcome!!! You are the first official Verve-Magician, that's for sure!
I'm very happy already to imagine your reaction, when the next version will come! :D

Mr.Taron - you need to attach Donate button somewhere on forum.
Even if there is not that much money to be gathered it will still be something that will fall into your pocket and offset some of your expenses :?
As with things on voluntary, 0 expectations base, it still from time to time might get cover you drinking water supply or part of electric bill so the mind
is more calm.

But on the other hand, to not force you into thinking "goosh, people are now donating some money, I gotta give them next version sooner or they will left" and than you
go weird haphazard routes in your real life, where strains of market economy exists and eats each and everyone of us out, by risking with your dev time needed for professional/salary earning devtime vs (as we might suspect) personal, most enjoyable stuff which results in verve that we sooo much admire.

I am still from time to time thinking to myself - jeeez, how I came upon this tool :? ? It is rare and unique, one could easily not stumble upon it on vast internet. And yet verve is something of a very rare nature.

Well, what I wanted to say with all that - hardly anyone in his sane mind would like to see you "burned out". Every artist knows it's bad condition . Studio execs, business folks and greedy CEO's - they may burn by all means, I won't interfere with that. But let's keep talented dev minds in a calm state of the mind

Thus the idea about unconditional donations - whoever gives any amount, be it 1$-whatever $ JUST gives it and that's that. Maybe we should design new "Donate" button instead of usual PayPal one. An icon of water bottle, electricity and tantric galaxy to accentuate voluntary-unconditionality of donation.
On the other hand, those who are on financial strain or can't donate - they should be allowed to be so. It must be understood that for somebody 5$ might mean last pennies or part of starving budget.

By I can understand if donations are to be rejected. After all - this means total and complete freedom and dev control of own pace and peace of mind without any sightliest effort. Hech, I have a tendency to showcase a despise towards market economy - it is as almost it is designed to introduce fuck up and greed as much as it can wherever it finds its way to sneak in :PP

Thank you so much, Intars! I really appreciate it a lot! :)
I will try to figure out a good way of dealing with that.

I had a dream
that you were bought out
by a multinational
for millions of dollars
and they made you sign
a non disclosure agreement
about your development
and locked you in a little room
and swore you to silence
and secrecy
for what seemed like
an eternity
It was terrifying
and then suddenly
I woke up
only to realize
that it was all
just a dream
….or was it?
:)

Yes, it was but a dream! 8-)
I'm currently considering to go C++ with everything. Since almost more than half of Verve is actually GLSL, it would mostly just be a wrapper in C++, hehe. But "just" is such a sweet little word...

Anyway, I do like the idea a lot. Finally I could simply use existing image formats and have no more silly limitations! :bounce: :ugeek:

Did anyone noted one epic poem that sneaked in here?

C'mon everyone, do not pretend none of you had seen anything. The guy had nightmares. He warned us about some glooming dangers of some sort..

We have external threat of some kind approaching us.

LOL  ...no threats, no worries! ;)
I'm on a fascinating detour that will help bring around a pretty cool evolution, though. 8-)

Such thing is trivial or that is a lot of work ?
