Verve Painting With Fluid on a Spinning Canvas:

I'm curious if there's a hotkey to completely stop spinning and reset the rotation back to straight landscape mode?

Yes! [home] should do it! However... you know how [alt]+[ctrl]+[shift]+[Left Mouse button] rotates the canvas?! Use the right mouse button to reset the rotation.
But it'll all get better, I promise, haha!
Thanks for the video...watching it right now... ...how can you keep doing that?!

Also, there's not really a centrifugal force at work, but your brush impulse goes in circles then, of course, which can make it appear that way.
I think, once the spirit hits me, I may do a bunch of wacked out stuff such as this and being able to tilt the canvas for fluid motions...but that spirit is still on the rise somewhere, hehe... gotta deal with other things first! :geek:

Anyway... cool clip!

Using the same technique you can make lots of interesting things.

Have you started your own gallery thread, yet? :)

Like what? Gravity maybe? Like holding the canvas vertically so the paint runs downward towards your feet like painting on an easel?

That's what the word "TILT" suggests! Tilting means to lean the canvas to some side. This, too, suggests then the presence of gravity. Long time ago...(yes, yes, start the scroller)...I talked about the fluids not being suitable to show off such effects, but that has changed a little bit. It really is getting exciting! :D
