Is there a way to scroll up/down through layers?

If I have too many layers for my current window size, they disappear above or below.

UHm...besides that this is a bit risky, I have to admit, alone for memory reasons, that's something I never hooked up, so...you could still use the hotkeys:
[F10] - previous layer
[F11] - next layer
[F12] - hide/unhide toggle

and
[Shift]+[F10] - move layer down
[Shift]+[F11] - move layer up
[Shift]+[F9] - merge unto layer below

hehe. Yeah... I have a habit of making too many layers, it's true. But sometimes I also paint with Verve in a small window (like if I'm using a reference on the same screen), so there aren't too many layers available in that view. But cool. I'll use the hotkeys. Thanks!
