Export to bmp

Hi Taron, is it possible to add export of some lossless format to the current version (windows bmp format)? Jpg format is enough for most cases but sometimes it is good to have an more accurate output for additional processing. :-)

That is what PNG is for!
It's lossless and compressed, making it the ideal format! If you need it at 8bits per channel, you will have to convert it, of course. Other than that, it's pretty ideal, if you asked me. :ugeek:

Thank you. Yes, you are right. Sorry. I am used to png with level of compression. It is surprise for me that png is lossless.. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Portable_Network_Graphics

Unfortunately if I use [Ctrl]+[s] or [s] Verve doesn't produce png output correctly on my machines (desktop at home with AMD Radeon 5850, laptop in the office with AMD Radeon HD 7400M ).

[Ctrl]+[s] and [Ctrl]+[Shift]+[s] both work correctly.

Attached is the example of the result png (black image) and jpg snapshot of the source "painting".

UH...that's certainly a weird GL problem. AMD really is evil. Eventually all these troubles should get a lot less, though, because I'm testing on the Cintiq with an Intel card, which appears to be similar to AMD in GL matters.
