Taronites

So long story short verve looked awesome but it wasn't compatible with my video card and now it is so I finally started painting with a fully-operational battle station, er i mean painting program. Hopefully I keep myself painting, I'm gonna do the avatar challenge next.

VERY COOL! ...it looks and feels like a sweet and real painting! Very sweet at that!
It's rare nowadays that anyone makes the sky darker toward the horizon, but if you look toward east in the late afternoon, this is quite proper on a rather clear day, I guess.
However, I'd love to show you some "tricks" to get greater depth into a landscape and all that. I think you show mighty fine potential and it will be my pleasure to help push you forward!
