Posted: Sat Jul 23, 2016 8:57 amYeah, you have to develop a feeling for when to use how much fluidity or if any at all. Very often I work completely dry, but if you wish to blend intuitively, a little bit of fluidity makes that feel just right as well as controlling fluid smudge!
For landscapes you may work with brush #8 more, too, which is fantastic for everything from rocks to clouds, but you best work with the brush parameters and learn to control the two dials properly that determine the fractal noise density (BRI.SIZE) and size(BRISTLES). Eventually I will have a proper interface with proper labels, too, hahaha, but for now you know what to look for!
